SABB enhances targeted efforts to “Orphan Development”

May 2021

SABB sponsors the Arab Orphan Day Forum under the title “Towards Orphan Development” organized by the specialized sub-council for orphan societies that represents 45 orphan societies and institutions in the kingdom such as, Ensan Organization, Benaa Organization, Traof Organization, and others. The forum is held under the supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development.

This step is in line with the Bank’s efforts related to social responsibility serving as a reminder of the importance of integrating the efforts of the Private sector, non-profit sector, and the Public sector in addition to examining ways to empower orphans. As part of SABB CSR initiatives, the Bank gives particular attention to sponsoring activities and social initiatives for orphans that contribute to fulfilling their needs and developing their capabilities.

SABB in partnership with several charitable organizations developed a collection of educational, rehabilitation, and recreational programs and activities that have benefitted this particular community through the years.

It’s worth noting that SABB embraces social responsibility through providing a collection of programs and initiative as well as cooperating with multiple humanitarian and social centers that focus on members of society that need care and attention by addressing special needs which empower them to play a role and carry out their work properly.
